These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between anyone who accesses or uses the n5201 platform ("User", "Player", "you") and n5201 ("we", "the Platform"). By accessing the website, opening an account, or using any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all of these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, stop using the website and services immediately. n5201 may update these Terms at any time, and any changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page.

To use n5201's services, you must meet the following requirements—

• You must be at least 21 years of age or older. n5201 strictly enforces the "21+ only" age restriction.

2.1 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information

2.3 KYC Verification

At the time of withdrawal, or upon n5201's request, you must cooperate in verifying your real name, age, and source of funds with supporting documents. Refusing KYC verification will result in your withdrawal being put on hold.

2.4 Account Transfer

n5201 player accounts are personal and may not be sold, transferred, or given to anyone else.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3.2 Deposits

To keep deposit transactions smooth, you must use a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not allowed. If this occurs, the funds will be returned and the account may be reviewed.

3.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will only be processed once the wagering requirement linked to any bonus has been met. Withdrawals will also be put on hold if KYC verification has not been completed. Withdrawal processing normally takes 10–45 minutes, but may take longer during bank transfer periods.

3.4 Accepted Currency Only

n5201 operates in Myanmar Kyat (MMK / Ks) only. All deposits will be debited in Myanmar Kyat and services cannot be provided in any other currency.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

Players who open an account and make their first deposit can receive a 200% welcome bonus — up to 300,000 Ks. The wagering requirement to unlock this bonus is the bonus amount ×20.

Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the Wagering Requirement is met. If the wagering is not completed within 30 days of the deposit, the bonus amount will expire from that day.

4.2 Promotions — General

• Every bonus has its own specific terms and conditions, and players must read and understand them.

4.3 Refer a Friend Bonus

A player who refers a friend to n5201 will receive 8% of that friend's first deposit as a bonus, up to a maximum of 10,000 Ks. In addition, the player will receive 0.1% of their friends' valid bets as a weekly commission.

5.1 Fair Play

The games offered at n5201 use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and produce certified fair results. Players are considered to have acknowledged and accepted this.

5.2 Game Result Validity

If a Technical Error occurs, n5201 will void that round's result and refund the stake for that game. In the event of any dispute over a game result, n5201's decision is considered final.

5.3 VIP Program

n5201 has three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold.

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%

Tier progression is determined by continued play activity. Specific criteria may change and are subject to n5201's decision.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the n5201 platform—

• Using methods to exploit bonuses or beat wagering requirements (Bonus Abuse / Advantage Play)
• Hacking, breaching software, or any attempt to disrupt the normal operation of the system
• Using software bots, auto-click tools, or CAPTCHA bypass tools
• Engaging in Money Laundering activities
• Providing false or altered KYC information
• Reselling the service externally for commercial or business purposes
• Opening and operating multiple accounts as a single player

9.1 Grounds for Suspension by n5201

n5201 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice if any of the following grounds exist—

• Violation of any clause in these terms and conditions
• Activity suspected of being related to money laundering
• Bonus abuse
• Providing false information during KYC verification

9.2 Termination by the Player

Players may close their account voluntarily by contacting [email protected]. In such cases, any remaining real money balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned after verifying that all Wagering Requirements have been met.
